The Experience
I aim to make this process as seamless as possible. Once I receive your initial inquiry form, i'll reach out to you with a confirmation and we'll get on the phone to chat. During this call we will discuss details about your photoshoot. We will pick a place and time to book. I use that time to learn more about you and your family so we can make this photoshoot even more meaningful.
After the call....
Once we've gotten through the initial phone call, I'll send you a contract & invoice. I require a retainer to reserve your time. If the contract is not returned within 72 hours then I may open your spot to make it available again. Once the contract is signed and invoice is paid, then you'll be locked in! Prior to your photoshoot we will be in touch regarding all the details. We go over outfits, themes, ideas, and more.
On the day of your photoshoot...
On the day of your photoshoot I keep a very close eye on the weather. If we are facing inclement weather, I will contact you to offer a reschedule. Since most of my sessions are in the evenings, I ask that you make sure to arrive to your photoshoot on time because we WILL run out of daylight fast! During the session I aim to keep things fun and hopefully easy. I help with posing and prompting so all you have to do is be in the moment. I also hope you don't mind cheesy jokes! No pun intended... maybe. ;-)
After your photoshoot...
Once we're done with our photoshoot you can just sit back and relax! For the next 2-4 weeks I will be putting many hours into your photos behind the scenes to polish them up. I choose the best ones and send you a gallery to select your favorites. From there I give you the option to purchase additional images or even upgrade to the full gallery if you would like. Once you select your favorites I will send you an email with a zip file containing the images you selected.
